"JuJu's Trail Running Boot Camp" Boot camp training while trail running how cool does that sound? 1: frog rock jumps and step up and down reps, 2: foot balancing work outs. 3: Wall or log dips with swinging legs, 4: Walking lunges alternating legs. 5: Sitting and jumping Squats 6: High knee runs, 7: Donkey kicks, 8: Mix of Backward running up hills and on flat trails with side ward running, 9: Gate jumping reps. 10: Grab crawls up and down muddy hills, 11: Wall jumps / drops onto muddy up hills using arms / hands to climb, 12: Drop squats on rocks and steps, 13: Rock push up’s with leg up’s, 14: Getting you out of your comfort zone, 15: Brain / mind training!! and much much more..
