What a day.. rolled out of bed. got some food then walked the dog and as it was starting to piss rain I said feck it lets go cycling as planned but didnt to my planned route as for bad fog etc.. but still cycled up the Wicklow Way from Glendalough as much as I could which is lots !! then done little loop around Dry hill turning right onto the path / trail to Scarr Mountain where I had to stop just close to the summit of Scarr as the rain, wind and fog just didnt want to get lost hard to see where I was going !! so took few pics and hit the trail back down ( best part ) hitting trails fast and hard as I could in the crazy winds and muck flying all over the place.. so much fun !! big thanks to brian from Giant Bikes Dublin for fixing my new bike gear it helped big time.. then hit the MTB trails in the woods on Paddock Hill which is so much fun, before heading home and soon as I got home I was full of the great juju and wanted so much more so walked patch ( my dog ) again then got home and said its time for a run.... 13k trail run around Glendo trails so happy juju again today... lets see how I feel tomorrow hahaha Well...
