I like to train hard... this means doing 2-4things in one day, can be hilly cycle mountain or road, then trail run, or even 2-3trail runs in one day (small) or few hikes in one day with bootcamp or trail run as well.
I love to keep going, going = moving = more fun! when I sleep I recovery!
ya sometimes I have a "REST" day but that don't mean I STOP everything less am in the BIG city for the day, but whats rest to you all?
Yes maybe after a very long or tough run day after ill relax but STILL am doing something...
I find if you STOP moving you only get more pains or stiff!!
am getting no younger so must keep moving..
SO the last few weeks I've been doing so much hiking day and night training for full team mountain rescue so this is why I've not been doing my everyday training,
but I've been still tipping away with smaller runs.. BUT not the same as the JUJU runs!!!
BUT the JUJU is back full time no more resting!!! so Monday the 23rd of March it all started with 10hours on the mountains and WOW what a great day hiking for 7hours or so and the rest running,
and everyday since then I've been tipping away and feeling strong and fast, also lost so much more FAT!!
slowly but its going.. I mean not to talk all day about FAT but for many people starting to run its something you need to work on the most.. it only slows you down, so look at what your eating talk to a good nutritionist or just try something new like I did, took me about 1 year to get it all right but am in a great place now where I only eat after my runs and this can be up to 50km of running, so work on the foods you eat, super foods super running!,
Yes there is few people out there eating all sorts of BAD foods and running great. but I ask how long can they keep at that! I know the foods I eat are good greens etc, am feeling great always and can't say I've always felled that way!
anyhow JUJU is back training full time and now time to train even more want to set date for my BIG BIG BIG going to be mad TOUGH 2015 adventure not been done at all by anyone !!! so Ill let it all out of the bag soon as Ive set a date..
