even better if you get a nice run or cycle before the swim... I've been doing fast 10k road runs once a week then jumping in the sea for cool down !..

Well... Recovery for me is just as important as training !.. part of my recovery is Sea Swims as much as I can, the colder the better! the sea has great power!! even better if you get a nice run or cycle before the swim...
