Info on this weeks sessions…
Tuesday 18th @7pm with our new 10week Intro to trail running set up for beginners wanting to start trail running, this route has fire roads, single trails, broad walks, rivers & much more, We start with a easy 10min warm up & drills b4 jogging into the woods, the intro to trail running is about the safer ways to trail run & we STOP every few mins to talk & try out running over roots, stones, rocks etc, this route is all flat & there isn’t any hills, there is lots of time for Q&A on the trails, road shoes are fine on this route & a light rain / wind jacket maybe needed, everyone is welcome & “No One Gets Left Behind” meeting place @ the Brockagh School car park thats up the hill from the Brockagh Centre as seen in the map below.
PS don’t be worrying about jogging SLOW! its more about getting out & having fun so do your own pace…
see you all then for lots of fun & river dip for cool down after our session…
Wednesday 19th IMRA Mountain Rescue Benefit Race,
A short 8k route around Paddock Hill near Laragh & a great route for training as well racing.

John Buckey is taking the group out again this Sunday from Greystones to Bray Head Loop with 13-15km. 340m climbing. Start time 10am from Greystones Harbour/Beach House (http://bit.ly/1TLEwjw) this route has 2 tough climbs but other than that it's super easy going.
