I know from many of my friends that run have been taking time out as well. I see it in many great runners and with speed runners too. to much of anything is bad for you!. but am back running and went for a really nice small 5:21k trail run on Monday, great sunny and warm day too. took it slow at 1st to warm up the legs and soon as I was feeling good I then opened up for speed and ran good no race but still got home fast!! maybe to fast for my 1st run in over 5-7weeks! but was feeling good and still feeling good!! so time to hit the trails once again and will have you all out soon.
