I say what's to much? Why stop if your feeling fit and great. Yes I do lots of training everyday but like I say am feeling strong and fit, when I rest up I start getting lazy!!!
So get out and stay fit. Eat great. Do lots of moving i.e. box and rock jumping etc. yoga, cycling and hiking or what ever you do best! and chat to people on FB cause you need your wee fingers to get stronger too!,
Smile always cause when you feel that happy bean inside you,
you then know you found that happy place you always looking for.
