just a little something for the new people that just getting into trail running and meeting MSR
Well what another super duper great week for myself and the group runners.
As you all know I take groups out running with me 3times a week.
Tuesday evening for 10-13k with sometimes going up a summit or just around some local laragh trails.
Wednesday evening is for beginners ONLY this run gives people starting off a good time to do there own pacing and having some fun at the sametime. our runs can be from 5-7k and sometimes a few of the runners closer to the end of the run like to up the pace and have a little race !. fast pacing is great for the fat burning and good for your speed work to!.
And then the weekend comes in for my faster tougher group runs. where we go for longer hours and on to the open mountains where Nav / Map skills and compass comes in...
So for anyone looking to get into trail running and is not sure where to go or what gear to wear well I've learned so much in the years of trail running and am very happy to share it with you all..
My group runs are always FREE as am in love with trail running and train myself every day..
I run events from time to time hosting people to teach what they know about map & compass reading and 1st aid on the mountains and all this info gets posted to my events and FB pages event come at a small fee...
